Potatoes And Celery Root (Sellerisose)

Ingredients:

1 Large Celeriac -- Chopped
5 Medium Potato -- Chopped
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoons Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

Procedures:

Boil celeriac and potatoes in water until tender about 15 minutes. Drain and mash with remaining ingredients. Serve.

Serves 4
