Ingredients:
2 Pounds Small New Potatoes -- Boiled
2 Tablespoons Butter
Bread Crumbs
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
Procedures:
Saute breadcrumbs, salt and sugar in butter until well browned. Add potatoes, over pan, and shake well to cook potatoes. Serve when potatoes have come back to a serving temperature.
