Vegetable Pot (Kasvispata)

Ingredients:

3 Medium Leek -- Chopped
2 Medium Carrot -- Chopped
2 Cups Peas
1 Small Cauliflower -- Chopped
1 Pound Ring Bologna -- Sliced
2 Cups Beef Broth

Procedures:

Combine leeks, carrots, peas, cauliflower, and bologna in a 2 quart baking dish. Add beef broth. Cover and bake for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serve.

Serves 4
