Ingredients:
1 Pound Beef -- Cubed
1/2 Pound Bacon -- Chopped
2 Teaspoons Salt
4 Cups Beef Stock
1/2 Teaspoon Allspice
2 Large Onion -- Chopped
5 Medium Carrot -- Chopped
5 Medium Potato -- Cubed
Procedures:
Saute beef and bacon until the beef is well browned. Add salt, broth, and allspice. Simmer for 1 hour. Add onions, carrots and potatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add more broth as necessary. Serve.
