Recipes and Cuisines of European Countries

There are some lists of collections of recipes and cuisines from the countries of Europe.

 

Grilled Squid

4 to 6 servings

Ingredients :

1/2 kg octopus, or baby octopus
1 clove garlic
Parsley
½ lemon
Salt
Olive oil


Procedures :

1. Wash the squid carefully and remove the ink. Chop into small pieces.

2. Sauté in a pan without fat, to obtain juices, put to one side.

3. Peel and chop garlic very finely.

4. Chop parsley.

5. Heat oil in a frying pan, sauté garlic and parsley until garlic is golden.

6. Add squid, salt and fry.

7. Remove from heat, sprinkle with lemon juice and serve with mayonnaise or aïoli.
